Dr. Stella Silver
Stella Silver, Psy.D. is a Licensed Psychologist (# 4848) in NJ. She has over 15 years experience in school and hospital settings, specializing in evaluating and treating children and adolescents with learning disabilities, anxiety, and mood disorders. She also works with adults coping with stress and anxiety. Dr. Silver creates a comfortable and accepting environment to learn coping skills and replace negative, maladaptive thought patterns.
Dr. Stella Silver helps children and adolescents with social difficulties to learn skills to successfully navigate their environments and manage the stress and anxiety that often accompanies these difficulties. In addition, she has extensive experience helping parents navigate special education services and support their children in the home and school environments. Beyond that, Dr. Silver provides support to parents who have recently received a diagnosis for their child.
She received her Master’s Degree in School Psychology from Montclair State University and her Doctorate Degree from The Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers.
